Francesco Gazzoletti
Francesco has more than 20 years of experience in Government Affairs and business intelligence. He started his career as a Consultant for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, playing an important role in the negotiations of the Nice Treaty. He headed Public Affairs Offices of different international companies in Asia and Europe. Throughout his career he led complex advocacy campaigns in India, France, Italy, Eastern Europe and in Brussels. An EU affairs practitioner for the last 15 years, he is specialised in Energy, Climate and State Aid Policies.

Simone Mori
Simone has more than 30 years of experience in Policies, Regulation, and Environment within the energy and infrastructure sectors. From 2007 onwards, he held various Senior Management positions at Enel, where until 2023, he managed Enel's operations in Russia, Romania, Slovakia, and Greece. He also led Enel's Brussels Office. He is Member of the Board of Bruegel in Brussels and was President of the Association of Italian Electricity Companies from 2014 to 2020. He is a lecturer on Economics and Management of Energy Sources at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.

Marina Levi de Figueroa
Marina is a seasoned communication advisor, having provided communication, reputation and crisis advice to some of the world’s leading private individuals, multinational companies and governments. She has led communication operations and communication teams across Europe, and has expertise in designing, implementing and delivering pan-European communications programmes most notably in the Energy and Capital Markets space. Marina currently advises leading financial institutions and Energy Players across Europe and the Middle East on their strategic communications.

Victor Grigorescu
Victor has extensive experience in EU affairs, particularly in foreign trade and energy, spanning over 20 years. He possesses in-depth knowledge of policy trends and market developments in the energy sector across the EU, with a focus on the larger Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region and the Easter Partnership countries. A former Minister of Energy for Romania, he oversaw a comprehensive review of the country’s national energy strategy to prepare for green energy transition. His served as a diplomat with the Romanian Permanent Representation to the EU. Additionally, Victor served on the board of Electrica SA, one of Romania's largest electricity distributors and suppliers.

Tomás Llobet
Tomás Llobet is a seasoned EU public affairs professional with expertise in energy, digital, and industrial policies, stakeholder engagement, and European association management. He has five years of experience in the European Parliament, directly involved in law-making, followed by six years at a leading Brussels consultancy, where he led advocacy campaigns and provided policy analysis for a broad range of clients. Since 2017, he combines consulting work with management of European associations in the energy and clean tech sectors. Additionally, he serves as a senior advisor for a non-profit Paris-based organization advising policymakers on economic issues.
